Q. What if the items I choose don't fill a box?
A. Don't worry, we have several box sizes and will make sure we choose the one that best fits your items.
Q. Will I get a tracking number with my delivery?
A. Absolutely, as soon as a tracking number is generated, we will email it to you.
Q. Can I order in advance?
A. You sure can, just select your preferred delivery date at checkout and we will time our dispatch date around that.
Q. If I choose the "You Made It" option, will any Hampers To Help information come with the delivery?
A. Most certainly not, this is from you, not from us! Our business will not be mentioned anywhere on the shipping label nor inside the gift box... Our lips are sealed.
Q. I need it delivered urgently, how soon will you send it?
A. We dispatch super dooper quick, generally the next day but we always say 2 days to be safe. We do however offer an express post option at checkout, select that and we will dispatch the same day if ordered by 3pm.
Q. I need help, can I contact you?
A. Can you ever! We love chatting with our customers, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we always reply really fast!
Q. Who do you use to ship your orders?
A. We use both Sendle and Australia Post but only ever Australia Post for our "You Made It" gift boxes as their labels are fully customisable.
